Harold Wycliffe Jackson (b 1906) became head of the Diplomatic Section, Control Office (Germany andAustria), 1946 before moving to Malaya, where he took the post of DeputyDirector of Broadcasting in 1946 and Director, 1951-1958. He was laterappointed first General Manager, Rhodesia Television, 1960-1963.
