John Warth of Chatteris, yeoman, being 'sick in body but of sound and perfect memory', leaves to his son George Warth specified lands in Chatteris held of the manors of Chatteris Ramsey and Tyndalls and Lyles, and to his daughter Hannah Warth #200 at the age of twenty-one or upon marriage. He appoints Daniel Fryer and Thomas Warth as trustees, and his sons George and John Warth as executors. Copy, no witnesses named.
