Administrative / Biographical History
Professor Dickens was based at the Warwick Business School Industrial Relations Unit and is a widely published expert in employment relations. She was Chair of the Local Government Pay Commission and a disputes arbitrator and mediator for ACAS. In 2002 she received the MBE for services to employment relations.
