Hilda Margaret Adams (b 1912) was born in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. She studied at the Birmingham College of Art and was a pupil of Harry Adams, who she later married. She was known for her work for the Stanbrook Abbey Press, Worcester and for collaborating with her husband on the gilding of the two Books of Consecration for the new Coventry Cathedral.
