Lands of Royston Priory enclose the property to north, west, and east, with the southern end abutting on Ikenylstrate [Icknield Street]. They further assign nine acres arable lands in the fields of Meldeburne [Melbourn], and Kneesworth, Cambridgeshire, and in the fields of Therf[i]eld, Hertfordshire. At Royston, deed poll, witnessed by William Wylwys, Thomas Gale tayllour, John Berkelowe snr, John Berkelowe jnr, John Smyth bocher, and others. Three seals wanting.
