In consideration of 1,195 now duly received, John Stocker Freaks of Chatteris, farmer, and Margaret his wife, surrender their copyhold tenancy in the manor of Chatteris Ramsey to the use of John Warth of Manea, farmer, and his heirs. Copied signatures of John Stocker Freaks and Margaret Freaks, acceptance of original surrender duly recorded by the steward Thomas Sewell.
