The collection records through copy wills, leases, abstracts of title, and other documents the acquisition and disposal of various properties in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire and actions before the manorial courts of Sutton Cranwell and Sutton Holland. Families featured in the descent of the lands include those of Thisleton, Worrall, Rhodes, Goats, Moore, Delamore, Hutchinson, Oswin and Spendla.
