Access Information

This collection is available to researchers by appointment at the Modern Records Centre, University of Warwick. See http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/library/mrc/using/

Acquisition Information

These records were deposited with the Centre in March 1992 by the Business Archives Council as a result of the work of its Rescue and Liquidation Support Group. It forms part of a larger archive whose collections form the records of a number of trade associations in the edible nut, dried fruit, spice, rice and wine trades. The associations were linked by a common use of the Port of London, in some cases by a common secretariat, and in others by eventual merger into the same organisation.
