L. J. Davies of Llanuwchllyn Post Office took over the old shop of Mr J. W. Roberts in 7, Tegid Street, Bala. The shop and Post Office evidently served the people of Bala and surrounding area and sold a wide variety of goods, from umbrellas to sewing machines.
