Administrative / Biographical History
Elizabeth O'Kelly served as a rural development officer in the British Cameroons, 1950-1962. She then worked in Sarawak, 1962-1965, advising the Government there on programmes for rural women. She worked subsequently on rural development programmes in Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Viet Nam. Among her publications are "Aid and Self Help" (Ernest Benn, 1973).
