William James Baxter was born in 1884 . He was a minister of the United Free Church of Scotland (Church of Scotland from 1929) in Partick Dowanhill, Glasgow, Scotland from 1923 to 1962. He was married to Jessie Stewart Auld Fraser. He died in 1972.
