Scope and Content

An essay on the subject of the Rights of Good Templary to the sympathy and practical support of humanitarian and religious men. The essay was entered into a competition at the Abergele Eisteddfod on 22 March 1886 by the Rev. W. H. Evans.

W. H. Evans, also known by his bardic name, Gwyllt y Mynydd, was a Wesleyan minister. His son, the Rev. W. O. Evans is the author of a biography on his father.
