Sir Robert Marsham of Bushey, Hertfordshire, Jacob, Lord Astley of Redding, of Maidstone, Kent, and Edwin Wiat of Maidstone sell to Charles Rampayne of Westminster certain land in Westminster for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that he may be in actual possession and able to take a release.
