Thomas Mawdesley of Oxford and Elizabeth Mawdesley of Farnworth, Lancs., two of the children of Margrett Mawdesley, late of Farnworth, widow, deceased, who as Margrett Wright was legatee and executor of Henry Wright, late of Widnes, whose will bore date 15 May 1702, release to Henry Wright of Prescot all right and title in certain land in Widnes and Ditton and quitclaim for all actions and charges. Witnesses (for Thomas Mawdesley) Mary Wright wife of John Wright of Widnes, John Cawley of Farnworth; (for Elizabeth Mawdesley) William Lowes of Farnworth, Richard Wright of Cronton. Two seals are attached.
