Working papers and notes including transcripts of seventeenth-century London port books containing details of Jewish merchants (for Woolf's lecture on 'Foreign trade of London Jews in the seventeenth century' delivered to the Jewish Historical Society in 1971); notes for his lecture on Joseph Salvador delivered to the Jewish Historical Society in 1962. Related correspondence, c.1961-8. Copy of a report by Lucien Wolf on the Jewish question before the League of Nations, Dec 1920, and a copy of a Jewish Historical Society report on the unveiling of a memorial plaque at Clifford's Tower, York, in 1978. Maurice A.Woolf (d. 1987) was for many years secretary to Anglo-Jewish Archives. He also contributed many articles to the Miscellanies and Transactions of the Jewish Historical Society of England.
