A manuscript on demonology, starting with `The incubus and succubus', prepared in the late nineteenth century, together with collections of notes, newspaper cuttings, correspondence, photographs and postcards and publications concerning customs and practices, art, folklore and legends, persons and places with relation to the devil, c.1735-c.1920, principally focused on stories of demonology and witchcraft in Great Britain, Ireland and continental Europe.
