John Parkins (fl 1800-1830s) established himself as a professional 'cunning -man' in Little Gonerby, Lincolnshire after receiving training in the magical arts from the occultist Ebenezer Sibly. Unusually, he used printed pamphlets and booklets to advertise his services.
