Gilbert Revell was an inspector for the Home Office Children's Department. Assistant Director of Education, Nottinghamshire County Council. Secretary to the Joint Committee for the Management of Children's Homes and the Boarding-out of Children, Nottinghamshire Public Assistance Committee.
