Clement Winstanley of Braunstone, Leicestershire, agrees with Leonard Fosbrooke of Ravenstone, Leicestershire, and Edward Noe Yeo of Normanton Turville, Leicestershire to levy to them and their heirs a fine sur conuzance de droit come ceo of certain land in the above parishes; and it is agreed that such a fine or other similar fines shall be to the use of Clement Winstanley and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: T. Pares senior, Thomas Pares junior. One seal is attached.
