Address: British Copper Office, 68 Upper Thames Street, London. To 'My Lord' [an unidentified recipient]. Regrets that he could not personally deliver the enclosed letter [wanting] from Lord Stafford [afterwards 2nd Duke of Sutherland] to 'your lordship'; states that 'due attention shall be paid to the fulfilment of its contents ...'.
Written in another hand and signed by March.
