Administrative / Biographical History

McLay, McAlister & McGibbon was formed in 1893 by the merger of McLay and McAlister with the firm McGibbon and Bird. The company has since grown to be one of the leading accountancy firms in Scotland and still operates today with offices in Glasgow and Ayr and a client base reaching from Inverness to London.
