Scope and Content

Gilbert West of Great Eversden confirms his gift (with warranty) to John Deye of Caldecote, James West of Eversden (brother of Gilbert), Nicholas Cayser of Neuwerke, and John Jeke of the same, of all his lands, rents and services, with all appurtenances, in the vills and fields of Great and Little Eversden. Deed poll, witnessed by Edmund de Walsyngham, William de Castelacre, Henry le Peyntour, John ?Wright of Great Eversden, William Fythion of Little Eversden, and others. Seal and tag wanting. Endorsed in pencil: '41'.
