Nicholas Crispe of Copcourt, [Aston Rowant], Oxfordshire, and Susan his wife and Robert Myllner of Pudsey, Yorkshire, sell to Thomas Ventrice of Whittlesford one half of the rectory of Whittlesford, to him and his heirs for ever. Thomas Ventrice is to pay a certain sum by a certain date and enter into a bond to pay a further sum by a further date. Nicholas and Susan Crispe and Robert Myllner are to deliver to Thomas Ventrice a sufficient assurance and conveyance of the premises. They agree to discharge all arrears of rent due to the King or others, otherwise Thomas Ventrice is to withhold the second payment. Witnesses: John Swan, John Wyott, Edward Mathew.
