Administrative / Biographical History
The Athenaeum Eisteddfod Cardiff was held on 10 June 1851. It was a great success, although the wind and rain destroyed the pavilion in which it was held.
The Eisteddfod was sponsored by the Cardiff Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute.
