(i) 5 letters from H G Wells to Stephen and Nell Hunter. Topics covered include illustrations and Isabel Wells, Wells's first wife (1894-1910 and undated). All items are autograph and 4 are signed; the signature from one has been cut away.
(ii) Letter from Jack Stephen to Professor George Philip Wells (son of H G Wells), Department of Zoology, University of London. Forwarding H G Wells's correspondence (19 March 1967). Typescript, with signature.
(iii) Letter from Professor Wells to [D T] Richnell, University of London Library. Forwarding the above letters as a gift to the library (4 November 1967). Autograph, with signature.
