Charles Humfrey of Cambridge, George Gobbett Humfrey of the same and Wentworth Malim of London bind themselves to John Humfrey of Wroxham, Norfolk, in a certain sum. Whereas by Indenture dated 6 August 1791 Charles Humfrey and Francis Cotton of Lolworth, Cambridgeshire, sold to John Humfrey certain property in Norwich. [If Charles Humfrey, George Gobbett Humfrey and Wentworth Malim] pay a certain annuity to the use of Elizabeth Baxter, wife of William Baxter of Norwich, and if they pay a certain annuity to William Baxter, if he survives his wife, the obligation shall be void. Witnesses: for Charles Humfrey and George Gobbett Humfrey: William Foster, L. B. Foster; for Wentworth Malim: Charles Malim, H.F. Bird. Three seals are attached. The document is defective, at least one leaf being missing in the centre.
