Robert Ofeild of Long Stanton, Cambridgeshire, binds himself to Matthew Snagg of Broughton in a certain sum. Robert Ofeild by Indenture dated the same day has released to Matthew Snagg certain land in Broughton, if Matthew Snagg enjoys peaceable possession without hindrance from Robert Ofeild or Sarah his wife, and if Robert Ofeild) and his wife take all necessary steps for the assurance of the land in question, the obligation is to be void. Witnesses: B. Hodson, Ellener Masters, John Semple.
