Labelled 'II' and 'III', the location of any other volumes from this series is unknown. Each volume bears a number of illuatrations, largely, though not exclusively, around a theme of motion/impact, which may reflect the nature of the subject of the notes themselves. Flint uses these to decorate title pages and introductory sections, some mimicking as decorated initials within illuminated manuscripts.
'Philosophia Peripatetica' is also known as Aristotlean philosophy, referring to a mode of delivery of lecturing while walking.
