Scope and Content

William Livermore of Whittlesea, William Mott of Cambridge and Richard Robinson of the same sell to Peacock Rickard of Swaffham Bulbeck certain land in Bottisham for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that he may be in possession and able to accept a release. Witnesses: Robert Pigott, Joseph Symonds. Three seals are attached.

Purchased from John Whitaker, Cambridge (from Hove, Sussex) 13 August 1917 (With this cf Add 5958(14), the original of which was bought from E. Williams, 37 New Town, Hove, Sussex. Mr Whitaker's lot from Hove presumably came from the same vendor.
