Will of Susan Jaye, wife of Thomas Jaye, yeoman, of Cretingham. To her husband Thomas, allher houses, lands etc. in Cretingham with power to him to mortgage them to value of £20, and after his death, the said lands to be sold and the money to be equally divided among their children, exc. that if the eldest son Thomas neglect to repay the money expended on him by his father, he is to have 1/- only.
