In the Court of Common Bench at Westminster before Oliver St John, John Puliston, Peter Warburton and Edward Atkins, Justices, Hugh Thompson and Elizabeth his wife remise and quitclaim to Richard Dickenson, his heirs etc., one messuage, one barn, one malthouse, one orchard, twelve acres of land and one acre and a half of pasture with their appurtenances, in Swaffham Bulbeck, 'by gift'. Richard D. gives to them £60. On back: Included by proclamation according to the forme of the Statute.
