Richard Clarke agrees to let to John Litchfield certain land in Cambridge for the term of years for which he hires it from St John's College. John Litchfield agrees to pay a certain sum for which Richard Clarke relinquishes his right to the trees etc. on the land. Attached is a slip of paper, being the copy of an agreement with regard to a further piece of land.
