John ap Griffith ap Ieuan held lands in the township of Llysfaen in the commote of Creuddyn, Caernarfonshire, c. 1546.
The marriage settlement in 1651 of Lewis Evans and Margaret, daughter of Griffith ap Hugh of Llannerchrochwel involved lands at Llanhalan, Montgomeryshire.
