The collection concerns the disputes 1973-1974 between the postgraduates and the teaching staff in the Philosophy Department at the University of Wales, Swansea. Strike action was taken by the Association of Scientific, Technical and Managerial Staffs (ASTMS) and the Association of University Teachers (AUT) leading to the occupation of college buildings by students.
