Scope and Content

Thomas Squire of Shefford sells to Richard Edwards the younger of the Inner Temple, London, and John Day of the same certain land in Shefford for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that they may be in actual possession and able to grant a release on trust. Witnesses: Thomas Bower, John Phillips.
