Mary Anderson of Cambridge, spinster (administratrix of the goods and chattels of her mother Mary Anderson of Cambridge, deceased, widow of John Anderson of Cambridge, mealman), assigns the remainder of a 21-year corporation lease (commencing 1787) of the King's Mills and associated grounds between Coe Fen and Sheep's Green, Cambridge, including the ozier plantation called 'Swan's Nest', to her brother William Anderson of Cambridge, mealman, now that he is of age, and as part of the general settlement and division of their mother's property. Enclosing corporation's licence to alienate. 2 pages, signed and sealed by Mary Anderson, witnessed by John Griffiths and L Stocker, duty stamps. Licence to alienate dated one day earlier, corporation seal, duty stamps. Parchment supplied by Thomas Druce or Bruce of Staple Inn, Holborn, stationer.
