3 leases, two of which are in Welsh, and a building specification relating to a farmhouse and land known as Tan-y-garth and Brynffynnon in the parish of Llanfor, Merioneth.

Administrative / Biographical History

The farmhouse known as Tan-y-Garth is located in the parish of Llanfor in Merioneth. The documents testify that in the late 19th century the property was owned by the Prices of the Rhiwlas estate and that the tenants were Hugh Thomas and Elizabeth Thomas, consecutively.
