Moore, Maltby, Evans & Middlemore was established in 1802 in Nottingham. In 1815 it was reconstituted as Moore, Maltby & Robinson, and, in 1836, converted to a joint-stock bank renamed Moore & Robinson's Nottinghamshire Banking Company.
