Manuscripts transferred from the Mocatta Library (subsequently the Jewish Studies Library) of University College London. Primarily Hebrew, their provenance varies although many came from the library of Frederic David Mocatta. A mixture of religious and non-religious material including service books, fragments of the Hebrew bible and the Koran, prayer books, letters, diaries, calendars and drawings.
