Scope and Content

George Palmer of Chatteris, yeoman, stands bound to John Warth of Manea, farmer, in #2,300 to perform fully and honestly a surrender of even date of property in Hive End and Burnsfield, manor of Chatteris Ramsey, to the use of Warth and his heirs. The current occupier of the property at Hive End is Johnson ?Youngs. Signed and sealed by George Palmer in the presence of Thomas Sewell, duty stamp.
