Administrative / Biographical History

Daniel Morris (fl. 1891-1942), bank manager, of Liverpool, Lancashire, and Borth-y-Gest, Caernarfonshire, was the son of William Evans Morris (1822-1894), of Porthmadog, Caernarfonshire. He was married to Ellen (Nell) Edwards (fl. 1881-1917). Their children were Gwen (b. 1894) and John William Morris (1896-1979), later Lord Morris of Borth-y-Gest.
