The Dean and Chapter of Ely on the surrender of a lease formerly granted to William Cobham let to William Brasier of Cambridge certain land in Cambridge for a term of forty years; the lessee shall keep in repair the road opposite the premises; the lessee may not alienate without licence. Witnesses: Mary Martin, Susan Beaver, Hugh Martin. One seal is attached.
