Bowles; numbers 2 & 3 by Nitin Lal, Fiji Visitors Bureau; numbers 4-5, 7-, 10, 12-13, 18-19, 45, 47-48, 52-55 by Rob Wright, Public Relations Office; number 26 by the Public Relations Officer; 14-15 and probably 16 by Chapman; no source is given for numbers 1, 11, 17, 22, 27, 44 and 51.
