At a Court of George, Earl of Northampton, before Knightly Danvers, steward, the homage presents that on 19 May last Thomas Emerson, yeoman, of Fendrayton, Cambs., surrendered out of Court by the hands of John Ashton and William Day, sr., a tenement in Fennestanton formerly of John Childs and then in occupation of Joseph Ward. To the use of John Allpress, sr., of Fennestanton, who is here in Court and seeks admission. Examined by ..., Charles Greene, Steward there, 17 Dec. 1764.
