William Nurse of Tetworth in the parish of Everton, Huntingdonshire, husbandman, and his wife Joan, quitclaim to William Adam of Great Eversden all their right in one acre of arable land lying in the fields of Eversden. One half acre lies next the land of John Carnebrook, with one head abutting on the land of Sir Richard Seyntegeorge to the west, while the other half acre lies in the field called Heydon next to land of John Hert, with one head abutting on the king's highway to the south. Deed poll, no witness. Fragment of red round seal. Endorsed in pencil: '12'.
