Scope and Content

In consideration of 5s, John Ashton of St Ives, Huntingdonshire, linen-draper, leases a tenement in Preachers St, parish of St Andrew the Great, Cambridge, late in the possession of Godfrey Elam, for one year to Joseph Hart of Cambridge, linen-draper, at peppercorn rent, as first stage in process of lease and release.
