Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
Established by the National Amalgamated Sailors' and Firemen's Union at Cardiff in 1889, and later headquartered at Swansea, the National Amalgamated Labourers' Union was one of the founder members of the Transport and General Workers' Union in 1922.
