The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Empire was the ministry of the Russian Empire responsible for relations with foreign states from 1802 to 1917.

Acquisition Information
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented the volume to the Royal Asiatic Society. This is recorded in the Donations Register as having taken place on 15 May 1829.
