Vol. 1, 32 pages: (fo. 1) decree for fines certain, 16 February 1626; (fo. 15) copy of the will of Adam Kelfull; (fo. 20v) account of tithable arable land and leys in Whittlesea; (fo. 22) list of donations to St Mary's and St Andrew's churches, Whittlesea, 1713-1766; (fo. 23) terrier of lands belonging to the same; (fo. 24) particular of the lord's estate in Whittlesea put up for sale in 1814.
