Accounts ranging in date from 1792-1800, but mainly belonging to 1795.

Administrative / Biographical History

No administrative details regarding the shop at Penmorfa were available at time of compilation of description, other than what could be gathered from the account books. Evidently, the general store served the surrounding community, and supplied the local people with a great variety of provisions.

Penmorfa is located in Eifionydd, Caernarfonshire. The parishes of Penmorfa and Llanfihangel-y-Pennant were incorporated to form Dolbenmaen parish.
